Pharmaceutical industry expert joins Brain Tumour UK Board of Trustees

David Hill OBE, an expert on the pharmaceuticals industry, joined the Board of Brain Tumour UK on 19 August 2010.

David, who is married and lives in Buckinghamshire, spent all his working life in the pharmaceutical industry and is a recognised expert on technical pricing and financial issues relating to the marketing of pharmaceuticals in the UK.

As a former company director, trustee of pension schemes and a board member and trustee of The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI), Mr Hill understands the role and responsibilities of trustees very well.

As a chartered secretary and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing he is experienced in company law and administration, finance, corporate governance and HR matters.

He also has recent experience of working with the Department of Health.
