Can I return merchandise? Do I get a refund?

YES. You may return UNOPENED merchandise within two weeks of purchase. We will
refund the returned merchandise after inspection provided the product has not been
tampered with and that it is suitable for resale.

In the event of defective merchandise, or if you think that the item you purchased is
defective in any way, we will replace your product right away.

Can I exchange merchandise?

YES. You may exchange UNOPENED merchandise within two weeks of purchase. We will
exchange merchandise after inspection provided that the product has not been tampered
with and that it is suitable for resale.

I need to exchange/return Brain Tumour UK products. Do I need to pay for
delivery again?

YES. You will incur delivery costs when returning an item to us and for any exchange. In the case of returned goods suitable for resale, we will make a refund of the value less any credit card or PayPal processing charges. Although we refund the full value of faulty goods, we do not refund delivery costs.
