Cycling is a great way to raise funds for Brain Tumour UK and keep healthy. You can choose from organised events or set up a cycling event of your own, as Tom Bolwell did – see video below.
London to Paris Bike Ride, 5-9 June 2013 (other dates available)
Cycle through beautiful countryside to the finish line of this exhilarating challenge beside the Eiffel Tower. No previous experience is required, all you need is a deposit of £99 and minimum sponsorship of £1,450 which covers all travel, accommodation, food and a performance cycling shirt, along with an expert cycling guide – we even throw in a puncture repair kit and an extra day in this magical city so that you can do some sightseeing. Contact the Fundraising Team for more details and start looking forward to Paris or go straight to the London to Paris website and choose us as your charity!
And if you're really ambitious, you don't have to stop at Paris. Your two wheels could take you to South Africa, Vietnam or India! Read more about our current overseas cycle trips and register your place

By cycling from Lands End to John O' Groats, Tom Bolwell and three friends raised £2,500 for Brain Tumour UK. Tom's fun video of their Great British Cycle Ride celebrates their trip.
Contact us for help in planning your own trip and we'll help you with with logistics and insurance. Or you could join an already organised Land's End to John O'Groats cycle ride next summer. See the Do It For Charity website for more about this and other cycling challenges.
