Join in the Cup Cake Challenge!

tiny cup cake What’s it all about?

Simple really – to make and bake delicious cupcakes and challenge yourself to raise funds and awareness!

Every penny raised will go towards providing vital support services for patients and families, funding research into diagnosis and treatments and campaigning to make life better for everyone affected by a brain tumour. We need your help.

You can take up the Cupcake Challenge in whatever way suits you – whether it’s taking cupcakes to work to sell to colleagues, holding a traditional cake-and-coffee morning at home for friends or dressing up in fancy dress and selling cupcakes on a stall – we want you to have fun whilst raising vital funds for our work!

Whatever you do, we’ll support you all the way.

tiny cup cake Who inspired the Cupcake Challenge?

The idea came from Brain Tumour UK fundraiser and supporter Ann Atkins, mum to Iona Atkins, who is living with a brain tumour. Iona, now aged nine years, was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour when she was five years old.

Mum Ann says: 'I thought a Cupcake Challenge would be good way of marketing the charity – which could grow year by year.

'Raising the profile of Brain Tumour UK is something I am proud to support and it is such a nice thing to have your idea associated with a charity which means so much to you and your family... and everyone loves CUPCAKES ! '
