Farjana Rowther is the latest addition to our team of researchers at the Brain Tumour UK Neuro-Oncology Research Centre at the University of Wolverhampton. The 31-year-old postdoctoral research fellow, who started a three-year posting in May 2010, will screen for genes responsible for the resistance to chemotherapy drugs in patients with glioblastomas.

To tour our labs and talk to our scientists, visit our Open Day on 30 October between 11am and 3pm. RSVP to: fundraising@braintumouruk.org.uk to book your place.
